Housing price numbers for March 2009 from Case-Shiller came out this morning. They showed another steep year-over-year decline, but not quite as steep a decline as in February or January. Year over year decline for March 09 was 18.6% for the 10-city index and 18.7% for the 20-city index.
As usual, Phoenix led the way in year-over-year declines - down 36% from March 2008. That compares to down 35.2% from February 08 to February 09.
