Following the Arizona Appeals Court ruling that the tax incentives from the City of Phoenix for the CityNorth development in Desert Ridge were unconstitutional, the developer, Thomas J. Klutznick Cos., has decided to appeal the ruling, according to the Republic. They have until February 23rd to file the appeal. The City of Phoenix has not yet announced whether they will join in the appeal. Here is my previous coverage of the story.
